Kashif Nisar Khan

Kashif Nisar Khan is the Sr. Vice President and Head – Business Development at Hindustan Power. He drives the company’s renewable energy expansion and brings over 21 years of experience across the power and energy sector, with expertise in business development, project development, acquisition, financing, execution and consulting.

Kashif has played a key role in developing and executing large-scale renewable energy projects, including 435 MW solar projects in Uttar Pradesh, 120 MWh standalone BESS systems and 100 MW/200 MWh solar plus BESS projects. His experience spans international renewable energy markets, including the UK, Japan, Germany, Netherlands, South Korea and the MENA region. He has also managed complex EPC contracts and renewable energy portfolios exceeding 1 GW across multiple geographies.
